施雪玲女士已获委任为公司秘书，自2025年4月30日起生效。
董事会亦宣布彭女士不再担任联交所证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司的授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例项下于香港接收法律程序文件或通知的公司的获授权代表，自彼辞任后的2025年4月30日起生效。
自2025年4月30日起，执行董事张景花女士已获委任为上市规则授权代表，而新任公司秘书施女士已获委任为公司条例授权代表。
