智通财经APP获悉，交银国际发布研报称，坚定看好康方生物(09926)，维持“买入”评级及目标价115港元，该行维持依沃西内地及海外销售峰值61亿元人民币的预测。公司宣布依沃西单抗治疗1L PD-L1阳性NSCLC的内地上市申请成功获批，远早于预期。同步公布了III期AK112-303/HARMONi-2研究的第一次OS中期分析结果：HR值0.777，降低死亡风险22.3%。
该行认为，本次中期分析所分得的α值较低、样本量较小，市场应更加关注第二次及最终OS分析的结果。该研究已在内地取得完全临床批准，体现监管机构对OS获益趋势的认可，因此后续分析中的OS HR结果对依沃西在内地市场的临床和商业价值影响有限。该行有信心海外HARMONi-7研究能在OS和PFS的双主要终点中均取得显著优效。
