于2025年4月30日(星期三)下午四时正(即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期)，要约人接获有关要约项下合共409.1万股要约股份(相当于本联合公告日期本公司已发行股本总数约1.31%)的五份有效接纳。
紧随要约截止后及于本联合公告日期(假设接纳项下的要约股份的转让已经完成)，要约人及其一致行动人士将于合共1.99亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于本公司已发行股本总数约63.81%。
