智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)公布，于2025年4月30日，公司全资附属公司上海金茂与杭州滨鉴签订借款协议，据此，为后续就标的地块的开发开展合作谈判，上海金茂同意向杭州滨鉴提供合计不超过人民币1,121,691,149元的诚意金借款，按年利率1.55% 计息。
标的地块位于中国浙江省杭州市滨江区，为住宅用地，占地面积约28,545平方米，规划计容建筑面积约为71,362.5平方米。
董事认为，为集团在杭州市获取优质土地资源储备的目的，上海金茂向杭州滨鉴提供诚意金借款有利于集团进一步落实标的地块合作开发各项事宜，充分发挥相关各方资源优势，共同争取项目收益优化。
