BUZZ-Natgas companies down on milder weather forecasts, lower demand

** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies fall, tracking decline in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 down 2.9% at $3.29 per million British thermal units. Contract on Tuesday closed at its highest since April 11

** Natural gas prices fell on forecasts for milder weather and lower demand over next two weeks, which should allow energy firms to keep injecting lots of gas into storage through mid-May

** Shares of natgas companies EQT Corp EQT.N down 3.3%, Cheniere Energy LNG.N down 3.8%, Energy Transfer ET.N down 2% and Williams Companies WMB.N down 2.1%

** New Fortress Energy NFE.O and NextDecade NEXT.O down 8.7% and 4.4%, respectively

** ETFs United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P down 1.8% and 2.6%, respectively
