智通财经APP讯，燕之屋(01497)公布，于2025年4月30日，除于2024年12月向70名合资格人士授出相当于628.45万股相关H股的信托受益权份额(包括向关联人士的授出)外，根据H 股激励计划，董事会决议向11名合资格人士授出相当于99.3万股相关H股的信托受益权份额，相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本约0.21%，授出价格为每股H股4.85港元。
