智通财经APP讯，金茂服务(00816)公布，于2025年4月30日，公司的全资附属公司金茂物管拟向上海金茂收购金茂绿建重庆的全部股权，总现金代价为人民币2.58亿元（含税）。
于收购事项交割后，目标公司将成为公司的间接全资附属公司，目标公司的财务业绩将于集团的财务报表内综合入账。
据悉，目标公司主要从事能源运维业务，包括为地源热泵、新风机组、板式换热器等技术系统提供设备运维服务。
收购事项完成后，该集团将在业主端实现物业服务及能源运维的一体化运营，进一步提升经营效率、优化客户体验及巩固项目稳定性。同时，能源运维业务作为集团的“绿色”标签，将进一步强化集团的全链条竞争力，为集团在科技住宅领域树立标杆服务项目，加速集团在科技住宅、非住业态、能源管理服务等领域的市场拓展，为集团实现中长期战略目标培育差异化竞争能力和提供业绩增长支持。
本次收购事项体现了集团与中国金茂进一步强化战略协同，是锚定集团“五年再造新金茂服务”的高质量发展目标，强化打造“1245”战略中“能源管理”核心业务线的重要举措，也是中国金茂“一核•三聚焦”业务战略中“聚焦精品持有和高端服务业务，加速打造第二增长曲线”关键战略落位。
