智通财经APP讯，INTL GENIUS(00033)发布公告，认购协议的最后截止日期已延长至2025年4月30日(或公司与认购方可能协定的其他日期)。经本公司与认购方仔细考虑当前全球资本市场的波动情况及整体投资环境变化后，双方协议不再进一步延长最后截止日期，并同意让认购协议于 2025年4月30日自动告终。认购协议告终后，双方将不再承担认购协议下的任何义务或责任，惟不影响任何于认购协议告终前已产生的责任或义务。
根据该等公告所披露，公司原拟将认购事项所得款项用以支持公司战略发展及补充一般营运资金。随着认购协议告终，公司将继续探索战略发展机会(包括潜在收购)，并拟主要以内部资源及于适当时候利用其他融资方式以支持相关发展。
