Cboe Global Markets (CBOE) said Tuesday it has begun trading in FTSE Bitcoin Index futures, which are based on the FTSE Bitcoin Reduced Value Index.
The futures are settle in cash on expiration, without the need to physically delivery bitcoin, the Cboe said.
Settlement is in the afternoon on the last business day of each month, the company said.
