智通财经APP讯，北控水务集团(00371)发布公告，证监会已批准公司建议发行面值总额不超过人民币100亿元的公司债券的申请。
公司债券将分期发行，公司计划首期发行规模不超过人民币20亿元，公司将根据发行时资金需求及市场情况等因素与主承销商协商确定各期发行时间、发行规模及其他发行条款，最终票面利率将根据主承销商的簿记建档过程确定。分期发行公司债券可于自证监会同意注册之日起24个月内完成。公司债券计划在上海证券交易所上市。
首期公司债券扣除发行费用所得款项用于偿还公司到期公司有息负债。
