智通财经APP讯，民银资本(01141)公布，公司全资附属公司民银投资(香港)已透过牵头经办人认购发行人发行的票据，而于2025年4月15日(交易时段后)，有关指令已获确认且民银投资(香港)已获分配票据，总认购金额为200万美元(相当于约1551.8万港元)，总代价为200万美元，不包括交易成本。
于2025年4月30日，民银投资(香港)已于场外交易市场购买本金总额为800万美元(相当于约6207.2万港元)的票据，总代价为约808.63万美元。
据悉，发行人为Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc.，为全球最大及最多元化的金融集团之一，于超过 40 个国家从事广泛的金融业务及服务，包括商业银行、投资银行、信托银行及资产管理证券业务，以及信用卡业务。发行人的股份于东京证券交易所(股份代号：8306)及纽约证券交易所(股份代号：MUFG)上市。
