喜相逢(02473.HK) 宣布，全资附属公司喜相逢低空综合服务(福建)于2025年4月成立并取得营业执照，计划开展低空经济相关综合服务业务、无人机销售及租赁服务，以及低空经济有关投资业务。
喜相逢董事会认为，低空经济行业具有庞大的市场潜力，“无人机+”应用逐渐落地，在物流、清洗、植保、救援、航测、巡检等应用领域有着广阔的市场需求，未来将提供无人机销售业务、无人机短期、长期租赁服务等多样化的供应链服务解决方案，以满足“无人机+”各应用领域用户的需求。此外，集团亦将适时投资优质的无人机相关企业，战略性布局无人机产业链。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-30 16:25。)
