GE HealthCare (GEHC) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.01 per diluted share, up from $0.90 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.91.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $4.78 billion, up from $4.65 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.66 billion.

The company expects full-year adjusted EPS from $3.90 to $4.10, down from its prior guidance of $4.61 to $4.75.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.70.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
