升辉清洁(02521.HK) 公布，于4月28日与卖方钟志慧订立买卖协议，将以代价900万元，向其收购富宇物业管理100%权益。公司并与卖方钟志慧及欧湛芬订立买卖协议，向二人分别收购富慧物业管理的51%及49%股份，合计代价为600万元。两份买卖协议的完成乃互为条件，待于收购事项完成后，富宇物业管理及富慧物业管理将成为升辉清洁的间接全资附属公司。
升辉清洁表示，物业管理及清洁服务于价值链上乃紧密相关，收购两间物业管理公司将可垂直扩展业务版图，并扩大中国内地境外的收入来源。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
