Nocera Receives Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice for Late Annual Report Filing

Nocera (NCRA) received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to meet the deadline to file its 2024 annual report on Form 10-K.

A plan to regain compliance can be submitted within 60 calendar days, and the exchange may grant an extension of up to 180 days to file the report if the plan is accepted, Nocera said Monday in a statement.

"The company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-K and intends to submit a compliance plan within the required timeframe," according to the statement.

Shares of the company fell 1.6% in recent Monday trading.
