智通财经APP讯，信义光能(00968)发布公告，罗兵咸永道将退任本公司核数师，自本公司于2025年5月30日举行的股东周年大会(股东周年大会)结束起生效。根据罗兵咸永道于2025年4月30日发出的终止审计委任函件，罗兵咸永道已表示彼不会续聘为本公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的核数师，原因是未能就截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的建议核数师酬金达成共识。
按照审核委员会的推荐意见，董事会已决议向股东提出建议，就建议委任安永会计师事务所为本公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的核数师表决，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。建议委任须待股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案形式批准后方可作实。
