　　百济神州（06160）发布公告，美国专利商标局作出了一项最终书面决定，宣布Pharmacyclics LLC在专利授权后复审程序中受到百济神州质疑的第11，672，803号美国专利的全部权利无效。

　　2023年11月1日，针对Pharmacyclics就百悦泽®（BRUKINSA®）对百济神州提起的专利侵权诉讼，百济神州向USPTO提交了PGR申请，质疑‘803专利中某些权利的有效性。Pharmacyclics可对USPTO的最终书面决定提出上诉。
