智通财经APP讯，加科思-B(01167)发布公告，因部分已从集团离职的人士(“离职人士”)持有公司的股份权益已经不再被视为公司一致行动人士，截至本公告日期，一致行动人士可行使的投票权由约26.67%变为约25.21%，且一致行动人士仍为公司最大单一股东集团。
公司收到离职人士的通知，为了表达对公司长期价值的信心，离职人士向公司就其于有关股份中直接及间接持有的权益，自愿作出1年的禁售承诺。禁售承诺自本公告日期起生效，至2026年5月1日终止。
公司董事会认为一致行动人的权益变动不会影响公司的经营策略和长期发展规划。公司将继续致力于提升经营业绩，为公司股东创造持续增长的价值。
