智通财经APP讯，纷美包装(00468)发布公告，于2025年4月30日，董事会已建议(i)罢免毕桦的执行董事职务;及(ii)召开股东特别大会，以根据公司的组织章程细则考虑及酌情批准建议罢免董事，自股东特别大会日期起生效。
自2025年4月30日起，袁训军已获委任为执行董事。
自2025年4月30日起，新委任的执行董事袁训军将接替毕桦，并获委任为公司行政总裁。毕桦仍将担任执行董事，直至股东于股东特别大会上批准建议罢免董事为止。
自2025年4月30日起，(i)齐朝晖已被罢免公司联席公司秘书一职，以便齐朝晖将时间与精力专注于公司财务总监，以协助编制公司2024年全年业绩及2024年年报，及(ii)罗宇昕已获委任取代其联席公司秘书职位。梁志杰将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书，原因为罗宇昕驻于中国内地，而梁志杰则驻于香港。
