广汇宝信(01293)发布公告，于本公告日期，集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合年度业绩的审核工作仍未完成，原因是由于汽车经销行业持续波动，集团在过去财政年度面临日益复杂的经营环境，因此，公司须分配更多人员和资源编制综合财务报表及配合审计工作，特别是需要更多时间以完成部分关停门店及被华晨宝马汽车有限公司和宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司取消授权门店的财务数据整理，以满足公司核数师所要求的所有必需资料。同时，公司核数师亦根据现时情况，调整了审计范围，增加了审计程序，以履行及完成其关于2024年全年业绩的审核程序，以确保能将行业及公司的变化合理反应于集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表。

公司正与核数师紧密合作，务求于实际可行情况下尽快解决待决事项并完成2024年全年业绩的审计。因此，2024年全年业绩公告将进一步延迟刊发，当前预计刊发日期将为2025年6月30日或之前，惟须待与核数师协定的所有审计工作完成后方可落实。
