【西班牙大规模停电影响Alcoa San Ciprián铝业园区的运营】金十期货4月30日讯，西班牙和葡萄牙近日遭遇大范围电力中断，波及交通、铁路、医院及核电站运行。受此影响，Alcoa公司位于西班牙的圣西普里安（San Ciprián）铝业园区的氧化铝厂和电解铝厂均受到冲击。Alcoa正在对设施进行全面评估，以明确运营及财务方面的具体影响。目前，该电解铝厂总产能22.8万吨/年，开工率仅6%；氧化铝厂总产能160万吨/年，开工率为50%。4月初，Alcoa曾宣布推进San Ciprián铝冶炼厂的重启计划。该厂自2021年因高能源成本全面停产后，仅维持最低限度的铸造业务。为兑现Alcoa此前与员工达成的复产协议，Alcoa与Ignis Equity Holdings成立合资公司（持股比例为75%与25%），计划于今年推进冶炼厂复产计划。初期共投资1.08亿美元，其中Alcoa出资8100万美元，并保留追加最多1亿美元的资金权利，继续担任运营方。
