港股异动 | 耀才证券金融涨幅扩大至15%，蚂蚁拟斥资28.14亿港元收购控股权
4月29日，耀才证券金融盘中涨幅扩大至15%，前一日暴涨近82%。
消息面上，耀才证券金融发布公告称，上海云进信息技术有限公司通过旗下子公司蚂蚁财富，以每股3.28港元的价格向耀才证券发起要约收购，较股份停牌前收盘价每股2.79港元溢价约17.6%。公告显示，买卖双方已于4月25日订立购股协议，交易股份约8.58亿股，总现金代价为28.14亿港元，且已支付了10%的定金。
东吴证券表示，此次收购是蚂蚁财富深化金融科技布局的关键一步，通过控股香港本土券商实现牌照获取与市场渗透。若交易完成，双方在技术、客户与产品端的协同效应或推动香港财富管理行业变革。
