智通财经APP讯，中国人寿(02628)发布公告，公司、财产险公司、河北临空指定方、中银三星人寿及重庆江北基金(各方均作为有限合伙人)拟与廊坊成达(作为普通合伙人)及成达沣棠(作为特殊有限合伙人)订立合伙协议，借以成立合伙企业。合伙企业全体合伙人拟认缴出资总额为人民币50亿元，其中，公司认缴出资额为人民币20亿元。国寿股权将作为合伙企业的管理人。
公告称，合伙企业拟围绕银发经济产业链进行投资布局，重点围绕加速老龄化趋势下的人口结构性变化带来的三个核心转变开展投资，包括：疾病谱变化：解决老龄人群高度相关的重点疾病领域的有效治疗和预防手段，包括相关的治疗药物、器械、筛查诊断类产品;需求端变化：满足银发人群升级需求的优质服务供给，包括健康管理、康复护理、居家养老等多元化的创新医疗服务业态，抗衰老产业、特医食品等提升品质健康生活的创新产品服务及差异化的消费服务等;及供给端变化：以技术驱动带来的供给创新，包括可穿戴设备、智能化辅助器具、智能服务产品和智慧解决方案等。合伙企业的投资紧密贴合国家政策导向，既是新形势下践行使命担当的创新举措，又是积极贯彻落实监管要求及政策导向的重要体现，有助于公司进一步构建丰富的大健康产业生态、推进大养老战略布局。
