智通财经APP获悉，耀才证券金融(01428)尾盘涨幅进一步扩大，两日累涨近1.5倍。截至发稿，涨36.22%，报7.56港元，成交额30.26亿港元。
消息面上，4月25日，耀才证券发布公告称，蚂蚁集团全资子公司上海云进计划以3.28港元/股的价格，收购耀才证券控股股东新长明控股持有的50.55%公司股份，总对价约为28.14亿港元。东吴证券认为，此次收购是蚂蚁财富深化金融科技布局的关键一步，通过控股香港本土券商实现牌照获取与市场渗透。
西部证券则表示，收购完成后，蚂蚁集团的科技优势与耀才证券间有望强化业务协同，实现客户资源、技术能力和市场资源的优势互补，打造财富管理闭环，共享香港市场发展收益。此外，蚂蚁入局也或对香港现有券商竞争格局带来一定冲击，建议后续关注收购进展及港股市场潜在催化。
