截至2024年12月31日止年度，物业开发业务的收益约为人民币4310万元，较2023年同期减少约97%，主要来自以下项目：熙境府、伟业上城叁号院、悦堤湾及伟业椰海尚城，该等项目分别贡献约人民币1630万元、1200万元、530万元及520万元。
公司已向联交所申请公司股份自2025年5月2日上午九时正起恢复于联交所买卖。
