智通财经APP获悉，周三，百济神州(ONC.US)涨逾3%，报259美元。财报显示，百济神州2024年实现收入合计约38.1亿美元，同比增长约55%；产品收入同比增长约72.6%至约38亿美元。毛利约32.16亿美元，同比增长54.71%。公司全年业绩取得强劲增长，得益于百悦泽®的持续成功以及公司在肿瘤领域开发的最丰富的实体瘤管线之一，预计2025年将有多个项目进行数据读出。
4月30日早间，百济神州公告，美国专利商标局作出了一项最终书面决定，宣布Pharmacyclics在‘803 专利授权后复审程序中受到公司质疑的‘803 专利的全部权利无效。Pharmacyclics可对USPTO的最终书面决定提起上诉。公司表示，百悦泽®是其原研药品，公司将对此类专利侵权指控进行坚决的辩护。
