智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)公布，于 2025年4月30日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司)、各租船人(公司间接非全资附属公司)及拥有人订立融资租赁安排，据此，(i)卖方同意根据相应协议备忘录以5733万欧元(相当于约5.07亿港元)的总代价向拥有人出售七艘小型散货船;(ii)拥有人同意根据相应光船租赁将船舶出租予各租船人;及(iii) 公司以拥有人为受益人订立担保契据。
