格隆汇4月29日丨福耀玻璃(03606.HK)公布，公司将向于2025年5月22日(星期四)名列公司股东名册的H股股东派付截至2024年12月31日止年度末期股利每股派发现金股利人民币1.80元(含税)。H股股利以港币支付，每股H股应派末期现金股利约为港币1.936638元(含税)。末期股利将由收款代理人于2025年6月6日(星期五)支付。为厘订有权获派截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股利的H股股东名单，公司将于2025年5月16日(星期五)至2025年5月22日(星期四)(包括首尾两天)暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。
沪股通投资者的股权登记日、除息日、末期股利派发日等时间安排与公司A股股东一致。公司A股股利派发将按照以下时间表进行：股权登记日为2025年5月8日(星期四)，除息日及现金股利派发日为2025年5月9日(星期五)。
