新浪科技讯 4月29日下午消息，今日，挑战者创投官方宣布，从2025年8月1日开始，雀巢集团大中华区董事长兼CEO张西强先生将加入挑战者创投， 担任运营合伙人。

　　据介绍，张西强曾在惠氏、太太乐、雀巢等企业担任重要管理职务，积累了深厚的行业资源和实战经验。同时，作为中国注册会计师和澳洲注册会计师，他在财务与战略管理方面具备扎实的专业能力。目前，他还兼任美年健康独立董事。

　　据悉，挑战者创投（Challengers Venture Capital） 由唐彬森于2014年创立，是一家专注于消费产业投资的中国私募基金，累计管理规模超百亿人民币，投资了元气森林、M Stand、观云白酒等200余家新消费企业。（罗宁）
