中渝置地(01224.HK) 公布，于上周五(25日)，与ECL债务人、代理及担保代理就有关贷款协议签订出资承诺函。公司同意在ECL总限额范围内，就借款人的若干成本、费用及债务出资，并提供相关弥偿，当中公司承担的最大责任金额为9,315万英镑(折合约9.61亿港元)，包括ECL总限额、指定开支上限及指定税务责任上限。
该物业为The Whiteley Centre，Queensway，伦敦 W2 4YN。ECL债务人是合资公司集团的成员，合资公司集团正在对该物业进行再开发，以提供包含住宅、零售、酒店及休闲及相关用途的综合开发项目。于目前公司最终拥有合资公司的47.16%及MB投资者拥有其52.84%，但于集团的综合财务报表界定为50:50的合资公司。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
