智通财经APP获悉，泰凌医药(01011)一度涨超30%，截至发稿，涨31.03%，报0.76港元，成交额421.12万港元。
消息面上，泰凌医药发布公告称，向8名独立第三方间接收购浙江康源医疗器械58.11%股权，代价1.16亿人民币(约1.24亿港元)，将透过发行2.74亿股代价股支付，发行价0.45港元，较上交易日(28日)收报折让22.41%。据悉，浙江康源医疗器械主要于中国从事研发及经营X射线机器人骨密度系统及可携式数字X射线诊断机器人系统，并持有相关专利。
公告指出，董事会认为收购事项是一项重要的战略行动，可使公司的转型可以成功及投资组合更多元化，并扩大其在快速成长的人工智能医疗影像技术领域的版图。预计此次收购事项将使公司成为人工智能医疗成像技术的领先者，使其有能力赢得更大的市场份额，并吸引更广泛的客户群寻求尖端的诊断解决方案。
