消息面上，4月28日，郑煤机公布2025年第一季度业绩，营业收入约97.56亿元，同比增长0.94%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约10.89亿元，同比增长4.47%；基本每股收益0.612元。公告称，归母净利增长主要受益于公司对下属主要控股子公司恒达智控、亚新科等持股比例的提高。
值得关注的是，同日，郑煤机发布公告，根据公司对煤机板块的长远规划，公司全资子公司郑煤机智鼎液压有限公司(以下简称“智鼎液压”)未来将作为公司煤机业务的运营主体。为满足未来煤机业务的经营发展需要，公司拟对智鼎液压增资19.50亿元，增资完成后，其注册资本由0.50亿元增加至20亿元。
