4月26日，比亚迪法务部发文称，近期，网络用户“葡萄碎碎冰”因散布与比亚迪相关的谣言，被公安机关依法进行行政拘留。

　　同时比亚迪发文强调，始终尊重并接受社会各界的建议和监督，但网络不是法外之地，对于散布失实信息、蓄意抹黑比亚迪品牌声誉的行为，将坚决采取法律手段，依法追究其法律责任。

　　现阶段，包括比亚迪在内的许多车企，都在积极采取行动反击黑公关，维护中国汽车舆论秩序。在2021年，比亚迪就宣布悬赏5万至100万元打击黑公关。为加强这一行动的效果，此后，比亚迪将举报奖励提升至5万至500万元，并长期有效。

　　此举充分彰显了比亚迪打击网络黑公关的决心，为行业树立了依法维权的标杆。无论是自媒体，还是网络用户，都需恪守法律底线，任何妄图通过造谣传谣“博眼球”的行为，终将付出法律代价。
