Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39) used 4,103 treasury shares worth about SG$61,129 for its employees' share schemes on Monday, a same-day Singapore bourse filing said.
The lender said the number of treasury shares stood at 16,248,223 shares following the transaction.
