Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT) said it was granted three new patents in various resistive RAM technology-related domains, such as manufacturing parameters, design techniques, and interfacing across key markets including China, the US, and Europe in the March quarter, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It said that the multiple joint teams, which were set as part of its technology transfer project with onsemi, are progressing well in integrating its resistive RAM technology with onsemi's Treo platform.
It also made progress in the technology transfer project with DB HiTek, with fully functional wafer lots produced at DB HiTek. The companies are now preparing for qualification.
It added that it received AU$2.7 million in payments from customers, and it is advancing potential commercial deals.
