IGO's (ASX:IGO) sales revenue declined 13% to AU$110.7 million in the fiscal third quarter from AU$131.8 million in the second quarter as the company's Forrestania project in Western Australia was under care and maintenance, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The mining firm produced 341,000 tonnes of spodumene, a 13% quarter-on-quarter fall from 392,000 tonnes.
Lithium hydroxide production fell 2% to 1,562 tonnes from 1,593 tonnes, while nickel production rose 23% to 4,179 tonnes from 3,393 tonnes, the filing said.
IGO reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of AU$34 million from a loss of AU$79 million in the previous quarter, the filing added.
The company maintained its fiscal 2025 guidance, which includes spodumene production of 1.4 million to 1.6 million tonnes and nickel output of 15,000 to 18,000 tonnes.
IGO said its total exploration expenditure is expected to decline to a range of AU$35 million to AU$40 million in fiscal 2026.
The company's shares fell almost 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
