智通财经APP获悉，吉利汽车(00175)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.05%，报16.44港元，成交6.79亿港元。
消息面上，近日，在2025上海车展上，吉利控股集团正式宣布整合旗下电池业务，成立全新电池产业集团——浙江吉曜通行能源科技有限公司(简称“吉曜通行”)，并发布统一品牌“神盾金砖电池”。据介绍，作为吉利控股集团一级组织，吉曜通行与吉利汽车集团、极氪科技等平行，聚焦电芯研发、智能制造及供应链管理，目标是打造“行业领先的电池全产业链能力”。
据悉，吉利汽车早已开始布局电池上下游产业，2021年，吉利出资设立耀宁新能源，作为其电池研发制造的子公司。目前耀宁新能源的总部在江苏盐城，但随后已陆续在唐山、盐城、上饶、鄱阳布局电池制造工厂，同时还在南浔设立了固态电池研究院，长沙设立矿业技术研发中心等，开展下一代电池技术以及上游原材料的研发储备。而除了耀宁新能源之外，吉利持股的电池产业链企业还包括安驰新能源、耀能、利信能源、衡远新能源等等。此前，2024年6月吉利发布的自研自产最新一代“刀片式”磷酸铁锂电池产品，就是生产自就是生产自耀宁新能源。
