央行临沧分行出手！云县农村商业银行及相关责任人受罚
近日，中国人民银行临沧市分行发布了临银罚决字（2025）1 - 3 号行政处罚决定信息公示表。云南云县农村商业银行股份有限公司因多项违规行为受到处罚。
根据公示信息，云南云县农村商业银行股份有限公司存在违反支付结算管理规定、违反货币金银管理规定、违反征信管理规定以及违反反洗钱管理规定等多项违法行为。中国人民银行临沧市分行对其作出警告并罚款 438000 元的行政处罚，处罚决定日期为 2025 年 4 月 25 日。
同时，贺某旭（时任云南云县农村商业银行股份有限公司信贷管理部总经理）、李某意（时任云南云县农村商业银行股份有限公司财务与运行管理部副经理)，因对该行违法违规行为负有直接责任，分别被处以 11000 元、18000元罚款。
此次行政处罚彰显了监管部门对于金融机构合规运营的严格要求。金融机构需进一步强化内部管理，严格遵守相关法律法规，维护金融市场秩序，保障金融体系的稳定与安全。
