巴克莱银行周一将其对2025年布兰特原油的预测下调了4美元，至每桶70美元，并将2026年的预测定为每桶62美元，理由是随着贸易紧张局势升级以及OPEC+调整其生产策略，基本面前景“将崎岖不平”。

　　尽管 2025 年初石油市场基本面的发展“远好于预期”，但该银行目前预计今年石油将过剩 100 万桶/日，2026 年将过剩 150 万桶/日。

　　巴克莱银行警告称，市场的“有限冲击吸收能力”可能会使价格在短期内面临脆弱性。

　　巴克莱指出，尽管受到消费增强和房地产市场企稳的推动，需求依然保持弹性，但整体宏观前景已经恶化。

　　报告称，“贸易壁垒的急剧增加对经济活动造成了冲击，而近期的提前采购似乎使经济显得较为乐观。”

　　巴克莱银行提出了两种潜在情境：如果贸易紧张局势缓解，且OPEC+调整其立场，布兰特原油均价可能达到每桶75美元；但如果需求疲软，且OPEC+保持当前路线，价格可能会“在50-55美元区间内长期徘徊”。
