智通财经APP讯，金山软件(03888)发布公告，有关(其中包括)向认购人发行31亿港元2025年到期的0.625厘可换股债券，根据可换股债券的条款及条件，于2025年4月29日(即可换股债券的到期日)，公司已全数赎回本金额约8.26亿港元的未偿还可换股债券连同所有应计未付利息及费用。因此，在上述赎回后，概无未偿还的已发行可换股债券，且可换股债券于本公告日期已被注销并于香港联合交易所有限公司撤销上市。
