智通财经APP讯，时代电气(03898)发布公告，为进一步完善公司治理结构、提升公司经营管理效率，激发企业活力，加快实现高质量跨越式发展，该公司控股子公司株洲中车时代半导体有限公司(以下简称“时代半导体”)拟根据《中华人民共和国公司法》和其他有关法律法规的规定整体变更设立股份有限公司。时代电气于2025年4月29日召开第七届董事会第十七次会议审议通过《关于控股子公司株洲中车时代半导体有限公司进行股份制改造的议案》，同意时代半导体进行股份制改造并整体变更为股份有限公司。
