2025年1-3月，就房地产开发而言，在土地储备方面，公司无新增房地产储备，总土地储备382.06万平方米，权益土地储备356.19万平方米;在工程建设方面，公司实现开复工面积109.39万平方米，新开工面积及竣工面积均为0;在项目销售方面，公司实现销售面积9.13万平方米，同比上升101.10%，权益销售面积8.35万平方米，同比上升126.29%，销售金额10.53亿元，同比上升63.51%，权益销售金额9.76亿元，同比上升88.78%，结算面积5.66万平方米，结算金额5.96 亿元，报告期末待结转面积17.90万平方米。
