华侨银行经济学家在一份报告中指出，泰国央行或于周三（政策会议）维持政策利率在2.00%不变。

　　分析称，泰国第一季度GDP增长可能保持韧性；此外，对美出口进一步提前或支撑第二季度增长。

　　该机构补充称，财政政策更趋主动的取向也降低了货币政策立即提供支持的必要性。

　　报告提到，泰国政府已表示，若经济增长面临重大下行风险，将随时加大财政支持力度。

　　不过，华侨银行认为未来数月货币政策存在进一步宽松空间，并预计2024年下半年累计降息50个基点。
