波士顿咨询集团（BCG）最新报告显示，2024年欧洲资产管理规模（AuM）达到25万亿美元，同比增长7%，但增速落后于其他地区的强劲增长。

　　全球范围内，资产管理规模创下128万亿美元的历史新高，同比增长12%，除欧洲外，所有地区均实现两位数的较低增幅增长，并受益于资本市场的强劲表现。

　　报告指出，欧洲资管规模的扩张主要由零售业务推动，其增速相较机构业务增长更为显著。

　　报告称：“三大力量正在重塑行业格局：产品供给与分销模式的转变、行业整合浪潮，以及对更精简成本结构的迫切需求。”
