汇丰控股一季度除税前利润95亿美元
4月29日，汇丰控股（00005）发布公告，2025年第一季的财务表现显示出强劲的盈利能力。除税前利润为95亿美元，较2024年同期减少32亿美元，主要原因是去年同期出售加拿大银行业务及阿根廷业务的收益。2025年第一季公司的除税后利润为76亿美元，较去年同期减少33亿美元。同时，收入下降至176亿美元，较2024年同期减少31亿美元，减幅为15%，这反映出与出售相关的业务影响。
在不包括须予注意项目的情况下，固定汇率除税前利润较2024年同期增加10亿美元至98亿美元，主要得益于财富管理和外汇业务的强劲表现。预期信贷损失为9亿美元，较2024年同期增加2亿美元。营业支出为81亿美元，与2024年第一季持平，主要受到科技投资和通胀影响的驱动。
此外，董事会已通过派发2025年第一次股息每股0.1美元，并计划于2025年5月2日的股东周年大会后展开最多达30亿美元的股份回购。
