智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月28日，天机控股(01520)股东将股票存入尊嘉证券国际，存仓市值6991.16万港元，占比18.29%。
同日，天机控股发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，完成已于2025年4月28日作实。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件，按配售价每股配售股份0.40港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共1.23亿股配售股份，占公司经紧随完成后配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约15.46%。
