Kikkoman to Buy Back Up to 20 Billion Yen of Shares

Kikkoman (TYO:2801) will repurchase up to 16 million shares, or 1.7% of its outstanding stock, for a maximum of 20 billion yen, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The buyback will run from May 8 to March 31, 2026, through market transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
