Former Virgin Australia chief executive Jayne Hrdlicka has been appointed to run Endeavour, the hospitality group that owns hundreds of pubs around the country and the Dan Murphy’s and BWS liquor chains.
Hrdlicka stepped down from Virgin earlier this year after navigating the airline, owned by Bain Capital, into a major tie-up with Qatar Airways. She had run the company since Bain purchased it out of administration after it collapsed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
