Goodcom Asset (TYO:3475) has resolved to sell several condominium properties as part of its third private fund under its real estate business, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The sale includes properties under the Genovia brand in Tokyo and Kanagawa, totaling 332 units. The sale is expected to contribute approximately 18% of the company's consolidated net sales for the fiscal year ending October 2024.
The properties are set for transfer on April 30, with the transaction already incorporated into the company's financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending October 2025.
The assets will be sold to a special purpose company backed by Goodcom Asset and institutional investors. The company also plans to form future funds with additional Genovia properties as part of its growth strategy.
