2.陈丽华自2025年股东周年大会结束之日起退任，不再担任独立非执行董事;
3.任命吴梓烨为独立非执行董事，以填补张斌的空缺，自2025年股东周年大会结束之日起生效，须经公司股东批准;
4.任命孔乐为执行董事，自2025年股东周年大会结束之日起生效，须经公司股东批准;
5.任命项婷为独立非执行董事，自2025年股东周年大会结束之日起生效，须经公司股东批准;及
6.委任Teguh Halim为公司授权代表，并自2025年股东周年大会结束之日起生效。
